The Site provides informational tools, market data, news aggregation, and interfaces that may allow you to interact with the XRP Ledger. We do not operate a custodial wallet, exchange, or brokerage service.

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information when submitting listings or forms
• Maintain the security of your own wallets and private keys
• Review all transaction details carefully before confirming
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site

All on-ledger transactions are initiated and signed by you. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once submitted to the network. You accept full responsibility for the outcomes of any transactions you make.

If you submit a project or token for listing (whether free or paid), you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to submit the information
• The project complies with applicable laws

We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without refund in cases of inaccurate or prohibited content.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with advertisers or external sites are solely between you and those parties.

All content on the Site (excluding user-submitted material and third-party content) is owned by or licensed to Orchards Infrastructure. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You may not:

• Use the Site to engage in illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data in a way that burdens the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information
• Interfere with other users’ use of the Site

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orchards Infrastructure and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any transactions conducted through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orchards Infrastructure and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
